Caring Transitions of Central San Francisco is hiring part-time Senior Downsizing Specialists to support projects throughout San Francisco, the East Bay, Marin, and the Peninsula. This role is best suited for someone seeking supplemental income and flexible, project-based work with no guaranteed hours.

We offer $22 per hour (W-2), on-site work, and mileage reimbursement between job sites. You will assist seniors, organize items, photograph and catalog for online estate sales, and help prepare

Caring Transitions of Central San Francisco helps seniors and families navigate downsizing, relocation, and estate transitions with compassion and hands-on support. Every project is different, and every client interaction matters.

We’re hiring part-time Senior Downsizing Specialists to support projects throughout San Francisco, the East Bay, Marin, and the Peninsula .

This role is best suited for someone seeking supplemental income and flexible, project-based work. Hours vary week to week and are not guaranteed.

What You’ll Do

• Assist seniors and families with downsizing and relocation projects
• Sort, organize, pack, and prepare items for donation, recycling, or resale
• Photograph and catalog items for online estate sales
• Help prepare homes for estate sales and assist during pickup days
• Lift and carry boxes (up to 30 lbs), including stairs and standing for extended periods
• Follow safety guidelines and company best practices

Note: We are not movers. Professional movers handle heavy furniture and items over 40 lbs.
