All My Sons Moving & Storage in Carrollton, TX seeks a seasoned DOT safety leader reporting to the Vice President of Risk Management. Compensation ranges from $110,000 to $160,000 base, plus eligibility for an annual performance bonus, dependent on experience and certifications.

The role leads a team of Safety Specialists, ensures FMCSA compliance, drives safety performance through data, audits, and training, and partners with Operations to reduce risk across transportation activities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor-degree or equivalent DOT safety experience required.
• 5+ years DOT safety/compliance experience, with 3+ years managing people.
• Strong FMCSA knowledge and experience with DQ programs, audits, and investigations.
• Proven ability to improve processes and drive Operations to act.
• Strong Excel skills and valid Class C license.

Responsabilités

• Lead and develop a team of hourly Safety Specialists; set priorities and standards.
• Own FMCSA compliance including Driver Qualification Files, Hours of Service, and testing; audits and investigations.
• Use data (CSA, telematics) to identify unsafe trends and coach drivers with Operations.
• Oversee safety training, audits, and reporting; build KPI dashboards and recommendations.
