Job summary

You will design and validate complex radiotherapy plans and contribute to research while maintaining high standards of patient care.

Qualifications

• Up-to-date knowledge of radiotherapy dose planning, imaging and physics.
• Experience with treatment planning systems and complex plans.
• Registration with HCPC or RCT is required.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily workload to deliver high-quality external beam radiotherapy dose planning.
• Design radiotherapy plans and set treatment parameters for patients.
• Validate treatment data for clinical use and export for treatment.
• Collaborate with clinicians to communicate complex plan information.
• Participate in research development projects from start to finish.
• Contribute to training and education of staff and visitors.
