Job summary

ISEC, Inc. is seeking a Senior Project Manager for the Doors, Frames and Hardware scope to lead the UCSF Parnassus Hospital campus project in San Francisco, CA.

You will oversee all phases from preconstruction through closeout, coordinating with operations, field teams, customers, and vendors to drive schedule, quality, and financial performance. The role requires DFH product knowledge, procurement oversight, and submittal development, with mentorship of project staff and strong cross-functional

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field
• DHI Certifications
• Proficiency with Comsense Opening Suite or other similar industry software
• Manufacturer order writing programs: Assa Abloy Extranet/CRC Dash, Curries COW/Edge, Allegion 360 Portal, dormakaba, Masonite DoorBuilder, VT Online, Total Door

Responsibilities

• Read and interpret contract documents, including scope of work, schedules, drawings and specifications
• Capture scope changes and maintain project financials to maximize profitability
• Prepare detailed submittals and shop drawings using industry software; ensure timely delivery
• Procure materials and coordinate with vendors to meet deadlines and budgets
• Communicate with S&S Estimator, Detailer, customers and vendors to align on specs and schedule
