Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Install commercial doors frames & hardware including locks and panic devices.
• Lead and coordinate daily work activities for door hardware installation crews.
• Review hardware schedules and plans for correct installation.
• Coordinate installation sequencing with other trades.
• Verify field conditions and identify conflicts prior to installation.
• Ensure installations meet ADA and fire rating requirements.
• Troubleshoot issues related to hardware fit and function.
• Maintain jobsite safety and quality standards.
• Communicate progress and material needs to the project team.
