LEMOINE, a Great Place to Work-Certified full‑service construction management firm, seeks a Commercial Door & Hardware Installer to join our Matrix (Drywall Division). You will install doors, hardware, toilet partitions, and trim across commercial projects, traveling to multiple sites as needed.

The ideal candidate is detail‑oriented, skilled in commercial hardware systems, and capable of leading a small crew, ensuring quality and safety on every job.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience installing commercial door hardware.
• Strong experience with commercial hardware systems.
• Experience with toilet partitions and interior trim carpentry.
• Ability to read construction drawings and hardware schedules.
• Willingness to travel to project sites and potentially lead a crew.
• Detail-oriented with craftsmanship and safety awareness.

Responsibilities

• Install and manage commercial doors and hardware.
• Install hollow metal and wood doors and frames.
• Install toilet partitions, accessories, and bath accessories.
• Perform interior finish work and trim carpentry.
• Read blueprints and hardware schedules; coordinate with trades.
• Ensure quality, safety, and site cleanliness; travel as needed.
• Potentially lead a small installation crew.
