Job summary

The DH Pace Company, Inc. in Tampa, FL, is seeking an Entry Door Hardware Installer to provide safe and accurate installation of doors and hardware, delivering industry-leading service to a wide range of commercial settings.

You will install, repair, and troubleshoot door hardware, complete site documentation, and coordinate field activities while upholding quality workmanship and safety. No prior experience is required but preferred; a valid driver’s license is necessary, and a strong team

Qualifications

• Prior experience in a similar role preferred but not required.
• Able to safely lift 100 pounds.
• High School Diploma/GED preferred.
• Valid driver’s license with good driving record.

Responsibilities

• Install hardware on a wide range of commercial entry doors in shop and field/job-site setting.
• Repair, adjust, replace, and/or troubleshoot issues with entry doors and associated hardware.
• Complete documentation on project sites and coordinate daily field activities.
• Monitor work assignments, productivity, quality, and safety of other Installers.
• Always operate in a safety conscious manner.
• Other responsibilities as assigned.
