PSU Foundation, based in Portland, Oregon, seeks a senior BI leader to design, build, and maintain reporting and analytics solutions that support fundraising performance, campaign execution, and donor engagement. You will partner with fundraising, finance, and engagement teams to translate questions into usable reporting tools and drive data-driven decision-making.

The role emphasizes governance, data quality, scalable BI practices, and user adoption across the Foundation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in information systems, CS, data analytics, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, scorecards, self-service tools, and visualizations.
• Define KPIs and calculations with data governance in mind.
• Produce pipeline analytics, portfolio performance metrics, campaign reporting, and fundraising forecasts.
• Translate business needs into scalable BI solutions that are accurate and user-friendly.
• Guide stakeholders in interpreting reports and train users on tools to improve data literacy.
• Identify trends and opportunities for reporting improvements.
