• Oversee CRM administration, user support, system enhancements, integrations, and vendor relationships.
• Ensure data quality, security, compliance, and documentation across philanthropy systems.
• Lead technology projects, system implementations, process automation, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Coach and develop staff as the department's subject matter expert on philanthropy data and technology.
