We are seeking a Lead Donor Center Technician to conduct pre-donation screening, assess donor suitability, and manage plasmapheresis procedures while maintaining donor confidentiality and accurate records.

You will interact with donors to promote satisfaction, perform administrative duties, and ensure clean, compliant center operations in a fast-paced plasma center environment.

Qualifications

• Education: High School diploma or GED.
• Obtains required state licensures or certifications where applicable.
• Experience: Typically requires 2 years of related experience.

Responsibilities

• Conduct pre-donation medical screening according to guidelines.
• Determine Hematocrit (HCT) and Protein via finger stick using hematastat and refractometer.
• Promote customer satisfaction through responsive donor interactions.
• Assess donor suitability and assist with plasmapheresis setup, monitoring and disconnection.
• Maintain donor files and ensure accurate records and confidentiality.
• Perform general administrative duties and greet donors in a friendly manner.
