Job summary

Responsibilities

• Conduct pre-donation medical screening.
• Determine hematocrit and protein via finger stick.
• Promote customer satisfaction through appropriate interaction.
• Engage in setup, monitor, and disconnect procedures of the plasmapheresis machine.
• Ensure donor screening information is complete and accurate.
• Maintain donor confidentiality and accurate records.
• Assist in maintaining a clean, organized work area and necessary supplies.
• Build rapport with donors to encourage ongoing donations.
• Greet donors, answer phones, and assist management as needed.
