The role interfaces with Customer Service, Product, and Global Service Centers to deliver reliable service.

The position requires 2+ years in freight forwarding, proficiency with MS Office, and strong problem-solving and leadership abilities.

Qualifications

2+ years Freight Forwarding experience.
Basic knowledge of Cargo Wise system preferred.
Proficient with MS Office.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Good organizational and leadership abilities.

Responsibilities

Direct and coordinate domestic land/air movement of freight.
Provide administrative support to the transport and distribution unit.
Maintain vehicles and equipment in working order.
Plan routes and liaise with external departments to meet delivery schedules.
Liaise with import/export departments and communicate adjustments to stakeholders.
Ensure loading/unloading and proper security of loading units.
Record information in databases and report stock levels.
