You will learn operations from the ground up, starting with training in the yards with the dogs to learn group management, health and behavior. After coursework, you will learn Back End coordination, then Front Desk duties and customer interaction.

Training lasts 4–6 months, after which pay rises to $23/hr. The role requires flexibility to work front, back or group as needed, with 40–46 hour weeks and a passion for pet care.

Qualifications

• 2+ years kennel experience desired, but not required.
• Must pass Barker Lounge certifications to be eligible for pay increase.
