Social Pet Hotel & Daycare is hiring full-time Dog Daycare Attendants at all locations in Charlotte, NC. If you love dogs and delivering exceptional customer service, this is a great fit.

The role starts at $15/hour, plus tips, after onboarding. We offer bonuses, discounts, free doggy daycare on shift, and 12 free lodging nights after 60 days, plus medical benefits, PTO, a 401(k), education reimbursement, and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Fetch Find Training upon hire.
• Customer Service Training upon hire.
• Pet CPR & First Aid Training within 6 months.
• Fear Free Certification within 12 months.
• PACCC Certification optional.
• Able to lift over 50 pounds.
• Follow safety procedures and protocols.
• Customer service skills.
• Passion for animals.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service to pet parents.
• Care for dogs of all sizes in daycare and enrichment activities.
• Follow safety procedures and protocols.
• Stand for long periods and lift up to 50 pounds.
• Assist with training and enrichment programs.
