Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking a qualified engineer to contribute to the Hangar Capability Development Team in Dayton, OH, validating, verifying, testing, and developing requirements for open-air range and laboratory systems. The role involves planning verification tests with senior staff and the U.S.

Government customer, and leading verification activities with the PM, Technical Lead, CapDev engineers, and vendor engineers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field with 5 years of experience; or Master's with 3 years; or HS diploma with 9 years.
• 2+ years of engineering experience including systems engineering, EW testing, electronic design, software development, system integration, V&V testing, and/or test and failure analysis.
• Proficient technical writing skills to generate technical documents, presentations, and reports.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to validation, verification, testing, and development of requirements for open-air range and laboratory systems.
• Plan and execute verification tests with senior staff and DoD customers.
• Lead verification activities with PM, Technical Lead, CapDev engineers, and vendors.
