Job summary

DCS Corp is seeking a Training Specialist to support US Army programs, focusing on analytical, financial, logistics, engineering, technical training, or management of advanced networks for military vehicles and equipment. This role supports multiple locations and requires US citizenship.

The ideal candidate holds a BA/BS and has about 7 years of training experience in a DoD environment; a senior-level trainer may substitute 3 years for the degree.

Qualifications

• BA/BS from an accredited college or university with 7 years of training experience in the DoD environment.
• Senior position as a military trainer, at grade E7 or higher, may be substituted for the degree requirement. An additional 3 years’ experience may be substituted for the degree requirement.

Responsibilities

• Work with other training personnel and technical SMEs to prepare and modify training materials and to develop and revise training courses and prepare appropriate training materials.
• Train personnel through formal classroom courses, workshops, seminars and on-site.
• Develop computer-based training materials and courses.
