Job summary

Credence is seeking a principal-level B-2 Test Management professional to support modernization, testing, production, fielding, and sustainment of B-2 aircraft at Wright Patterson AFB, OH. The role requires extensive DoD T&E experience, acquisition knowledge, and a Top-Secret clearance with SCI eligibility.

You will lead test planning, execution, reporting, and documentation, interfacing with prime contractors and government teams, and coordinating with multiple test organizations to ensure

Qualifications

• Top-Secret clearance required; read onto SCI.
• Bachelor’s/Master’s/Doctoral degree options with extensive DoD T&E experience.
• Must understand acquisition processes and DoD T&E regulations; Level III certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Apply T&E knowledge to support life-cycle development, procurement, and sustainment activities.
• Design, plan, execute, analyze, and report T&E programs for aeronautical systems.
• Review and update program documentation for T&E requirements and evaluations.
• Provide advisory support for weapon system source selections on T&E matters.
• Assist in defining and coordinating test strategies, objectives, and plans with program offices and contractors.
• Prepare and review test plans, reviews, and related documentation for adequacy and conformance.
• Monitor T&E status across facilities and assist in scheduling and resource management.
• Support data processing, modeling and simulation, and analysis for test activities.
• Forecast workload and manage test team activities across Edwards AFB and Whiteman AFB.
