Job summary

Credence seeks a B-2 Test Management professional at the principal level to lead verification, test planning, and execution for B-2 modernization and sustainment programs. You will coordinate with DoD stakeholders, manage test resources, and ensure compliance with T&E requirements at Wright-Patterson AFB and related facilities.

Must hold a Top-Secret clearance with SCI access and have 20+ years of relevant DoD T&E and program management experience, including DT&E/OT&E, to drive critical air

Qualifications

• Must possess a Top‑Secret clearance with ability to be read onto SCI.
• Extensive experience in test management and program execution within DoD environments.
• Strong understanding of DoD T&E regulations, procedures, and acquisition processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate T&E efforts across B-2 modernization and sustainment programs.
• Develop and maintain test plans, strategies, and documentation for major ACAT programs.
• Provide advisory support for weapon system test engineering and program reviews.
• Manage test resources, schedules, and coordination with DoD customers and contractors.
• Ensure compliance with DT&E and OT&E requirements and provide data-driven analysis.
