• Experience planning and maintaining systems/user support documentation.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare and maintain documentation for programming, systems operation, and user documentation.
• Translate business specifications into user documentation.
• Plan, write, and maintain systems and user support documentation efforts.
• Prepare detailed documents using MS Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, Project).
• Coordinate updates with technical, operational, and Government stakeholders.
