Job summary

DCS Corporation is seeking a Senior Systems Engineer to support AFLCMC/ES across the acquisition lifecycle, including requirements, design, test, and sustainment for DoD programs. The role emphasizes expert advisory support to leadership for decision-making and regulatory compliance.

Primary duties include coordinating engineering tasks, system specifications development, and test planning with DoD customers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 12+ years DoD experience or 15+ total with 8 DoD years.
• Must have U.S. citizenship and Active Secret clearance.
• MOSA and Systems Architecture Development experience.
• SysML, Cameo, or Rhapsody for system modeling.
• ICDS, requirements development & management.
• Communications & Networking Systems, ATCALS, radar/surveillance.
• RFI/RFP development, SOW development, vendor evaluation.

Responsibilities

• Provide engineering support across DoD lifecycle including requirements, design, test, and sustainment.
• Develop system specifications and architecture products.
• Support test planning, conduct, and evaluation against requirements.
• Review documents for accuracy and completeness; ensure regulatory compliance.
• Assist with resource scheduling for tests and facility planning.
• Provide technical evaluation of contractor proposals; monitor test efforts.
