Job summary

Odyssey is seeking a Senior Program Systems Engineer to support the AFLCMC/EBZ in the DoD acquisition lifecycle. This role requires strong systems engineering, requirements management, and risk analysis within a multidisciplinary team.

You will collaborate with program management, logistics, test, and cybersecurity to ensure integrated system performance and successful program milestones. Onsite at Eglin AFB, FL with travel as needed.

Qualifications

Citizenship: must be a US citizen.
Clearance: current Top Secret clearance.
Senior: BS with 20+ years, MS with 15+, or PhD with 5+ years of relevant experience.
Experience supporting DoD acquisition programs or similar engineering environments.

Responsibilities

Support systems engineering activities across all DoD lifecycle phases.
Assist requirements development, traceability, and verification.
Perform system design, integration, and technical analysis.
Develop and review technical documentation and engineering reports.
Support technical reviews (SRR, PDR, CDR) and program milestones.
Collaborate with program management, logistics, testing, and cybersecurity teams.
Analyze system performance and recommend improvements.
Support risk identification, analysis, and mitigation planning.
Provide technical input to acquisition documentation and decision-making.
