RedSky is seeking a Systems Administrator and Business Analyst to join our team to support DoD initiatives. The role will contribute to sustainment, implementation, and enhancement of ECWM/SPS and related eBusiness platforms, ensuring operational readiness.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 3+ years of related work experience in systems administration, business analysis, or DoD environments.
• CompTIA Security+ certification.
• DoD contracting/acquisition experience.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Power BI, SQL (including Sybase SQL scripting), PowerShell, and VB.Net.
• In-depth knowledge of ECWM, SPS, PD2 (v4.2.2 SR17+), Cognos, FPDS-NG, SAM, and Windows client/server environments.
• Strong understanding of procurement workflows, the contract lifecycle, and FAR/DFARS/SOFARS compliance.
• Ability to travel to locations as needed for support.

Responsibilities

• Provide senior-level Systems Administration and Business Analyst support for ECWM, SPS, and similar federal platforms.
• Manage user accounts, monitor error logs, and perform advanced admin tasks.
• Ensure contracting infrastructure viability with appropriate credentials.
• Apply software upgrades, patches, and IA vulnerability remediation.
• Troubleshoot interfaces and escalate issues to higher-tier support.
• Translate business requirements into database designs, data specs, and reporting solutions.
• Coordinate with developers on requirements, configurations, and change management.
• Assist with data migration and interface validation with FPDS, SAM.gov, CLS, and other systems.
• Assess gaps and compliance risks aligning with FAR/DFARS/DPAP policies.
• Develop reports and scripts covering project, execution, and productivity metrics.
• Write Cognos reports and manage ad hoc data requests for the COR.
• Develop test plans, conduct UAT and regression testing, and triage defects.
• Create SOPs, user guides, and training materials; deliver end-user training.
