RedSky is seeking an experienced Systems Administrator and Business Analyst to join our team in support of the Department of Defense. The role focuses on sustaining, implementing, and enhancing ECWM, SPS, and related eBusiness platforms, with expertise in data integration, reporting, and compliance.

The ideal candidate will translate business requirements into database designs, collaborate with developers, and deliver training and SOPs for end users, while ensuring IA and security standards are

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 7 to 9 years of related work experience.
• CompTIA Security+ certification.
• DoD Contracting/Acquisition experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Power BI, SQL (including Sybase SQL script writing), PowerShell, and VB.Net.

Responsibilities

• Provide expert, senior-level Systems Administration and Business Analyst support for ECWM, SPS, and comparable federal eBusiness platforms.
• Serve as SME in eBusiness systems (including SPS/PD2, EDA, DEAMS, and PIEE).
• Ensure system configuration, data flow integration, and operational readiness to support contracting operations.
• Manage user accounts, monitor error logs, and perform advanced admin tasks.
• Develop customized analytical reports and scripts with Cognos and other built-in tools.
