AM Pierce & Associates, Inc. is seeking a highly experienced Subcontracts Manager to lead subcontracting efforts for federal and DoD programs.

The role oversees solicitation, negotiation, award, administration, performance management, modifications, compliance, and closeout throughout the subcontract lifecycle. The position requires a DoD secret clearance capability, a bachelor’s degree in business or related field, and a minimum of ten years in subcontracts management, including five years in

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or related field.
• Minimum 10 years in subcontracts management with 5+ years managing subcontracts.
• Experience with DoD/federal government contracting and CPSR activities.

Responsibilities

• Manage full lifecycle of subcontracts for federal and DoD programs.
• Negotiate and administer subcontracts per FAR/DFARS and company policies.
• Lead NDAs, TAs, RFIs/RFQs/RFPs and kick-offs with subcontractors and internal teams.
• Review subcontractor proposals, terms, pricing and statements of work.
• Lead negotiations and set terms, milestones, payment terms, and performance requirements.
• Monitor subcontractor performance with internal technical leads across cost, schedule, and deliverables.
• Administer subcontract modifications, amendments, claims, disputes, and closeouts.
• Maintain complete subcontract files in compliance with policies and regulations.
• Coordinate with Finance/Accounting to resolve invoice discrepancies.
