You will ensure performance, security, and compliance through rigorous testing, and collaborate with DevOps, QA, and development teams to deliver reliable solutions.

The role emphasizes developing test strategies, mentoring junior testers, and supporting CI/CD with automated testing within a remote/Meade work arrangement.

Qualifications

• 5-8 years of experience in software testing, QA, or evaluation.
• Top Secret clearance required.
• Proven track record leading test and evaluation activities for enterprise systems.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage test plans, test cases, and evaluation strategies for software systems.
• Define testing objectives and evaluation methodologies.
• Lead functional, performance, regression, integration, and UAT testing.
• Perform automated and manual testing.
• Document and report results, defects, risks, and improvements.
• Ensure QA standards, best practices, and compliance.
