Job summary

Qualifications

• DCSA compliance and NISPOM oversight knowledge essential.
• Ability to apply policies to develop and maintain a strong security program using NISPOM, ICDs, and contract guidance.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Knowledge of government regulations and classification guides is required.
• Experience with DoD/SCI programs is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Diligently oversee multiple DOD contracts throughout the full contract lifecycle.
• Provide oversight in Physical Security, Personnel Security, Facility Security, and OPSEC for DoD and SCI programs.
• Oversee investigations of security infractions or violations and report findings to the Director of Industrial Security and the customer.
• Ensure follow through on corrective actions and program improvements to prevent incidents.
• Train employees on program classification policies and security procedures.
• Develop and implement training to guide security personnel and decisions.
