Serco Inc. is seeking a Senior Security Support to support the Special Programs Division, DoD Anti-Tamper Executive Agent Field Program Office at Wright Patterson AFB, OH.

The role requires an active TOP-SECRET clearance with SCI access and SAP responsibilities, with travel up to 10%. The position emphasizes coordinating SAP/SCI security across information, physical, industrial, and personnel domains, maintaining security dossiers, and developing targeted training programs for security

Qualifications

• Active TOP-SECRET security clearance with SCI access and ability to maintain it.
• Bachelor’s Degree with at least 15 years of DoD/government/contractor experience.
• Minimum 3 years SAP or SCI experience within the last 8 years.
• Willingness to travel up to 10% CONUS.

Responsibilities

• Oversee SAP security disciplines: Information Security, Physical Security, Industrial Security, and Personnel Security.
• Collaborate with Government SAP Security Officer (GSSO) in security duties.
• Advise on personnel security policies for SAP/SCI access.
• Assist in managing SAP and SCI access quotas and maintain the unit’s master program access database.
• Coordinate with Industry partners and military/civilian personnel.
• Process Program Access Requests (PARs) for industry partners and verify accuracy.
• Maintain personnel security dossiers, training records, PARs, indoctrinations, and debriefs.
• Perform physical security for classified facilities: entry control, rosters, badges, alarms, guard response.
• Develop and implement a SAP and SCI security education program tailored to unit needs.
