Job summary

TechFlow Inc. is seeking an experienced Requirements Manager to join our team at Maxwell AFB-Gunter Annex, AL. You will coordinate the requirements process for all programs, support cross-functional teams, and ensure lifecycle support for the Enterprise Logistics Readiness Portfolio.

You will elaborate RID/CR/FBS, maintain RTM, and participate in FRB/CCB and sprint plans. Strong communication, leadership, and DoD Secret Clearance are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Journeyman level: HS 8+ years, BS 4+ years, or MS with no experience.
• Senior level: BS 7+ years, MS 3+ years.
• Experience with Jira, DevSecOps tools across all phases, Selenium, JMeter, Checkmarx, SonarQube, MS Office.
• Working knowledge of coding languages such as .NET, Java, JavaScript, Python, SQL, PL/SQL, XML, C#, YAML, Docker.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Active DoD Secret Clearance.

Responsibilities

• Coordinates the requirements process for all programs and compliance.
• Elaborates, analyzes, creates, and maintains RID/CR/FBS in the RM system.
• Maintains Requirements Traceability Matrix (RTM) and test cases.
• Participate in FRB, CCB, and Sprint plans.
• Supports FRBs and weekly status meetings per FRB charter.
• Builds and maintains functional baseline models.
• Assists Test and Project Managers and performs system testing.
• Reviews test descriptions to validate requirements.
• Provides functional support to field testers and program management.
• Supports Government testing, including SDC testing across versions.
• Tracks requirements, test management, issues, and resolutions.
• Conducts user training on tools.
