Job summary

The Tatitlek Corporation in Huntsville, AL seeks a Divisional Organizational Supply Officer to manage government-owned equipment, supplies and property. Duties include receipt, cataloging, inventory, and disposition under AR policies.

Candidate will ensure timely fulfillment of requirements, conduct audits, and maintain accountability using GCSS‑A, ASTS, FED LOG and RTC systems. DoD clearance is required where applicable.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• 2–4 years in unit supply operations, large inventory maintenance, property management or Army equipment.
• Knowledge of inventory management, shipping, receiving, storage, turn‑in and property accountability.
• Familiarity with AR 735‑5 and property documentation.
• Experience with GCSS‑A, ASTS, FED LOG or RTC systems and MS Office 365.

Responsibilities

• Manage Government-owned equipment, supplies and property.
• Receive, inspect, store, catalog, inventory, issue, and transfer property with proper documentation.
• Maintain timely fulfillment of time-sensitive requirements through communication with technicians and engineers.
• Perform audits and inventories, scheduled and unscheduled.
• Maintain and prepare monthly logistics reports.
