Job summary

Tatitlek Corporation is seeking a qualified Organizational Supply Officer to manage government-owned equipment, supplies, and property, ensuring accountability and timely fulfillment of requirements. This role requires experience in unit supply operations, familiarity with AR 735-5, and proficiency with GCSS-A, FED LOG, ASTS, and RTC systems.

The position supports warehouse and field operations, including vehicle management, audits, and monthly reporting, with DoD security clearance eligibility

Qualifications

• Two to four years’ experience in unit supply operations and property management.
• Knowledge of inventory management, shipping, receiving, transportation, storage, turn-in, property accountability, and supply procedures.
• Familiarity with AR 735-5 and Army calibration system.
• Experience with GCSS-A, ASTS, FED LOG or RTC systems.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office 365 suite and SharePoint.

Responsibilities

• Manage Government-owned equipment, supplies, and other property; maintain accountability records.
• Receive, inspect, catalog, inventory, issue, deliver, accept turn-ins, and arrange disposition with proper documentation.
• Ensure timely fulfillment of time-sensitive requirements through communication with technicians and engineers.
• Perform audits and inventories, scheduled and unscheduled.
• Coordinate with Government leaders to meet changing logistics needs.
• Manage government-owned vehicles and related maintenance.
• Prepare transfers, disposals, and relocations of equipment.
• Maintain monthly logistics reports and key metrics.
• Prepare DoD FLIPL forms for property loss when needed.
• Operate GCSS-A, FED LOG, ASTS, RTC systems and related registers.
