Job summary

SPS - Systems Products Solutions, Inc. seeks a Program/Project Manager to oversee daily operations of assigned programs, plan schedules and budgets, and ensure target profit margins. Serves as primary customer point of contact and directs program documentation and compliance efforts.

The role involves coordinating cross-domain efforts with CPE IEW&S, leading meetings, and ensuring successful demonstrations and exercises including Project Convergence and Defender.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and fourteen (14) years' experience managing government programs, with one (1) year supervisory.
• Substitution: 10 years' gov't program mgmt experience, one year supervisory, acceptable with PMP.
• A secret security clearance is required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinates cross‑program and cross‑domain integration for CPE IEW&S (Intelligence, Electronic Warfare, and Sensors).
• Manages integration forums, working groups, and technical events to align requirements, schedules, dependencies, and risk.
• Provides SME in coordination, planning, and execution of CPE IEW&S equipment and personnel in high priority exercises and demonstrations.
• Acts as liaison for CPE and associated PMs in meetings and planning events.
• Prepares, reviews, and updates program documentation supporting the acquisition process per DoD directives.
• Reports program status to senior management on a regular basis.
• Ensures compliance with ISO standards, AS9100, and QMS policies.
