Job summary

Systems Planning and Analysis, Inc. (SPA) seeks a Program Manager to serve as the single main point of contact with the U.S. Air Force for all contract activities, owning cost, schedule, and technical performance.

You will provide strategic direction and oversee planning and execution of all SOW tasks, ensuring integration of systems engineering, cybersecurity, training, FMS support, and DevSecOps. The role leads program reporting, risk and opportunity management, subcontract coordination, and

Qualifications

• 10+ years of program management experience leading large, complex DoD IT or software-intensive programs.
• Experience managing programs with significant cybersecurity and RMF obligations, including accreditation packages and ATO/ATC milestones.
• Direct experience with mission planning systems or closely related avionics/mission systems.
• Proven track record managing multi-contractor environments and coordinating with government engineering/test orgs.
• Active DoD Secret clearance (or higher) and experience in classified programs.

• Serve as the single main point of contact with the U.S. Air Force for all activities under this contract.
• Provide strategic direction, oversee planning and execution of all SOW tasks, and ensure integration of systems engineering, cybersecurity, training, FMS support, and DevSecOps/platform activities.
