Job summary

RPMGlobal is seeking an experienced Security Manager to provide full-spectrum security support for USAF acquisition programs at Wright-Patterson AFB in Dayton, Ohio. You will manage physical, information, industrial, personnel, and operations security for ISR/SOF initiatives within AFLCMC.

The role requires TS/SCI eligibility, a current SSBI within five years, and DoD program experience. You will implement SAP processes, assist with FP, 254s, and SOPs, and support self-inspections of SAP

Qualifications

U.S. Citizenship is required.
HS Diploma/GED with extensive DoD program experience or advanced degree with related years.
Top Secret clearance (SSBI within 5 years) with SCI eligibility on start date.
SFPC certification on day one or within 1 year of assignment.
Minimum 4 years in DoD programs/projects.
Ability to digest complex tech information for program support.

Responsibilities

Assist with security management across AFLCMC programs and ISR/SOF initiatives.
Administer physical, information, industrial, personnel, and operations security.
Guide SAP management and support to SAPs per JAFAN and risk framework.
Coordinate DD Form 254 processes between Prime/Subcontractors and PSO.
Develop SOPs, Emergency Action Plans, and Fixed Facility checklists.
Support annual SAP facilities self-inspections.
