Job summary

Prescient Edge seeks a Deputy Program Manager to support a Federal Government client at Fort Gordon, GA. The DPM will handle PM duties in surge scenarios, manage HR processes, timekeeping, onboarding, and PERSTAT reporting, while ensuring adherence to security guidelines.

80% on-site collocated with CME workforce is expected. Qualifications include MA/MS or BA/BS in a related field, 6–10 years of management experience on DoD programs, and certification as a Program Management Professional or

Qualifications

• Advanced degree in a relevant field.
• Experience with DoD/Army intelligence programs and supervisory roles.
• PM certification or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Support the PM and assume PM duties when required.
• Manage HR tasks, hiring/terminations, onboarding, PERSTAT reports.
• Oversee timekeeping and timecard approvals.
• Coordinate administrative support for mission leads and workforce.
• Ensure compliance with intelligence oversight and security guidelines.

Education

MA/MS in Business/Remote Sensing/Cartography/Geography (or related field)

BA/BS in Business/Remote Sensing/Cartography/Geography (or related field)

Program Management Professional (or equivalent)
