Job summary

Base-2 Solutions is seeking a Deputy Program Manager / Operations Lead to support day-to-day execution of the SIA-3 IDIQ. The DPM will synchronize task order execution, oversee operational workflows, and ensure seamless coordination across analytic teams, regions, and mission partners.

The role requires PMP certification, 8+ years of DoD/IC program experience, and active Top Secret/SCI clearance, with strong operational management and DIA workflow familiarity.

Qualifications

• PMP certification is required and 8+ years of DoD/IC program experience.
• Strong operational management and coordination experience across multiple task orders.
• Familiarity with DIA production environments and analytic workflows.
• Experience managing cleared analytic or technical teams.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily operations across multiple task orders and mission areas.
• Coordinate Task Order Managers, regional leads, and functional leads.
• Track schedule, staffing, and performance metrics and elevate issues as needed.
• Support workforce management, onboarding, surge operations, and continuity planning.
• Ensure execution aligns with DIA analytic standards and production timelines.
• Support preparation of status reports, executive briefings, and performance reviews.
• Act as PM designee when required.
