Job summary

Raytheon is seeking a Sr Program Manager for the HARM program portfolio to lead the execution of multiple contracts, including the HARM exchange program, sustainment support, and engineering services. This onsite Tucson role requires strong cross-functional leadership and the ability to deliver on commitments with regulatory and security requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 10+ years relevant DoD program management experience.
• Active DoD security clearance and ability to obtain required clearance.
• Proven leadership of programs with DoD contracts and cross-functional teams.
• Experience tracking and reporting metrics through EAC reviews.
• Experience managing production or sustainment programs.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily PM cadence and reviews to meet contract commitments.
• Prepare documentation aligned with IPDS and corporate policies.
• Support risk and opportunity processes and financial goals.
• Coordinate program reviews and customer visits.
• Collaborate with IPTs, CPTs, and internal functions to deliver products.
• Contribute to contract proposals and start-up efforts.
