Job summary

Navaide is seeking an experienced Navy ERP Program Manager to lead augmentation efforts for the DMAG and SMAG groups. The role involves on-site leadership, coordinating Navy ERP (SAP) support, and aligning data products with NWCF financial reporting standards.

You will guide a distributed team, manage government relationships, and ensure timely compliant deliverables while leveraging Advana/War Data Platform capabilities to support decision making.

Qualifications

• 8–10 years in DoD financial or supply management or ERP augmentation.
• 3+ years in a program or team lead role.
• Experience with Navy ERP functionality and NWCF processes.

Responsibilities

• Serve as on-site program manager for Navy ERP augmentation across DMAG/SMAG.
• Bridge between data analytics team, Navy ERP SMEs and stakeholders; track risks and issues.
• Oversee data products in Advana/War Data Platform with dashboards and pipelines.
• Identify root causes and drive sustainable process improvements.
• Maintain awareness of DoD policy and Navy ERP changes; adjust approach accordingly.
