Job summary

J&T Business Consulting in Elkridge, MD seeks a Program Integrator 4 with Active TS/SCI and full-scope polygraph to assist leadership in establishing and maintaining program baselines and budgets. You will monitor health across programs, develop requirements packages, and support PMRs and ARBs, ensuring compliant documentation and cross-program analysis.

The role requires 15 years of related DoD experience, a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent certifications, strong Excel data-analysis skills, and

Qualifications

• Fifteen years of DoD program management, contract management, and/or financial management experience.
• Bachelor’s degree with a business or technical focus; PMI PMP, CPCM or DAWIA III cert option with 9 related years.
• Or eleven years of directly related experience in lieu of degree or certification.
• Strong communication and data-analysis skills; Lean Six Sigma training is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Track that programs establish and execute an optimum mix of cost, schedule, performance, and system supportability throughout their life cycle.
• Assist programs in developing actionable requirement packages and monitor delivery of program-level requirements across fiscal years.
• Develop and track critical documentation including PMPs, PAS, OCS, TEMP, Risk Management Plans, SOWs, and TTOs.
• Prepare and support program status reviews (PMR, QPR, ARB) and governance activities.
• Support strategic resource planning and cross-program analysis for IP actions.
• Provide PPBE process guidance and assist with justification statements and funding analyses.
• Perform data analysis using MS Excel to present metrics and support IPT evaluations.
