HunaTek is seeking an accomplished Program Manager to lead a large, multi-site DoD services program in Colorado Springs, CO. The role oversees ~400 personnel and is responsible for mission performance, workforce leadership, customer engagement, financial metrics, and contract execution.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, information technology, cybersecurity or a related field.
• 10+ years of progressively responsible program leadership experience.
• Experience leading large, multidisciplinary DoD or Federal technical services programs.
• Experience managing complex contract or workforce transitions in mission-critical environments.
• Experience with program financials, staffing, schedule, performance, quality, risk, and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Provide executive-level leadership and accountability for contract performance, including mission delivery, cost, schedule, quality, staffing, risk, and customer satisfaction.
• Lead transition, stabilization, and integration of a large, multi-site technical services environment.
• Direct a ~400-person multidisciplinary workforce through managers and technical leads.
• Serve as primary interface with Government leadership, contracting personnel, and mission partners.
• Establish program governance, performance management, quality management, risk management, and escalation processes.
• Lead and integrate subcontractors and teaming partners for coordinated execution and compliance.
