The incumbent will drive modernization, governance, and strategic investment decisions while guiding dispersed teams to deliver secure, compliant IT services in a fast-paced government environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field from an accredited institution with eighteen (18) years experience.
• Active Top Secret clearance with eligibility for Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI).
• Minimum of ten (10) years of recent experience in managing complex projects with 100+ employees and >$50M annual revenue.
• Experience managing a large/complex IT Service Delivery Program within the DoD/IC with ITIL/ITSM and Agile.
• Holds an active Project Management Professional (PMP) or Program Management Professional (PgMP) certification from PMI.
• At least ten (10) years of PM experience within a DoD/Intelligence Community environment, IT Service Delivery.
• Experience leading geographically dispersed staff with varied skill levels in similar TO specifications.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage mid to large-scale IT service management programs aligned to DoD/IC objectives.
• Oversee a portfolio of projects delivered on time, within scope, and budget.
• Implement robust project management frameworks to enable agile and responsive IT service delivery.
• Engage with high-level stakeholders, maintaining open communication for transparency.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams for seamless integration and operations.
• Mitigate risks amidst regulatory, technical, and operational challenges.
• Drive continuous improvement using lessons learned to boost efficiency.
• Render strategic guidance for IT investments aligned to DoD/IC mission.
