Job summary

Dynamo Technologies LLC is seeking a Senior Program Analyst to support the PM PNT under the SETA contract. You will help plan, execute, and oversee the portfolio with emphasis on PPBE and financial analysis.

The ideal candidate has extensive DoD/Army acquisition and PPBE experience, strong analytical skills, and proficiency with fiscal tools. Occasional travel may be required and clearance is active Secret.

Qualifications

Experience in DoD/Army acquisition and PPBE processes.
Experience developing and managing spend plans, P-Forms and R-Forms, and budget justification documentation.
Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

Formulate, justify, present, and execute annual program spend plans and monitor appropriations.
Track obligations and expenditures; support funding execution and reprogramming actions.
Participate in budget reviews and year-end closeout activities to ensure proper use of funds.
Prepare budget-related documentation to support resourcing decisions and cost evaluations.
Develop and maintain acquisition documentation including APB, ADM, Life Cycle Sustainment Plans and T&E Strategies.
Support MDRs and acquisition lifecycle activities per DoD/Army policies.
Contribute to POM development and long-range financial planning.
Develop Integrated Master Schedules (IMS) and support planning activities.
Collaborate across offices to align objectives, costs, and schedules.
Identify programmatic and financial risks and propose mitigations.
Provide data-driven analysis for leadership decisions.
Prepare procurement/back-up documentation (P-Forms, R-Forms, APBBs, RFIs).
Assist with program briefings, reports, and senior-level communications.
Document meeting notes and knowledge artifacts per CDRL.
