Job summary

Dynamo Technologies LLC is seeking an Acquisition Management Specialist to support the U.S. Army PM PNT under a SETA contract. You will manage acquisition lifecycle activities, develop IMS, and coordinate with government and contractor teams to ensure program success.

You will advise leadership, prepare briefs, and support MDRs, PMRs, QPRs, and budget reviews while ensuring compliance with DoD regulations. A Secret clearance is required.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience supporting DoD acquisition programs and lifecycle management.
• Ability to develop, review, and present briefings to senior government leadership.
• Experience preparing IMS schedules and program reviews.
• Ability to work across multiple offices and stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop, review, and provide recommendations on objectives, requirements, schedules, budgets, and program docs.
• Support acquisition planning and execution through all Defense Acquisition System phases.
• Develop and maintain acquisition documentation: APBs, ADMs, MDRs, BCAs, briefings.
• Maintain Integrated Master Schedules and provide schedule updates and estimates.
• Prepare and present briefings and analyses to senior leadership and stakeholders.
• Support MDRs, PMRs, QPRs, IPTs, budget reviews, and contractor reviews.
• Document meetings and decisions per contract deliverable requirements.
• Identify risks and recommend mitigation strategies.
• Coordinate across PM PNT product offices, contractors, and government stakeholders.
