Job summary

PE Systems, Inc. is seeking a Senior Program/Project Management Support at Warner Robins AFB, GA, to assist the Combat Readiness Directorate in managing complex DoD acquisition programs across development, production, and deployment.

The role requires knowledge of DoD acquisition policies, earned value management, and the ability to produce executive-level briefings and reports. The ideal candidate will have an advanced degree or extensive related experience and must hold a Secret clearance.

Qualifications

• MA/MS or BA/BS with related program management experience.
• Must hold a government security clearance at the Secret level.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and standard applications.

Responsibilities

• Ensure program management personnel know DoDI 5000.02 and 5000.75 policies.
• Support lifecycle acquisition, post-award, and logistics management.
• Prepare DAES and MARs acquisition reports and briefs.
• Coordinate with USG organizations and present briefs to management.
• Assist with milestone planning, schedule tracking, and risk strategies.
• Develop plans, cost/schedule analyses, and acquisition documentation.
