Job summary

Precise Systems, Inc. in the United States seeks a Senior Acquisition Specialist to provide acquisition and program management support to PMA-264 at NAVAIR. You will help plan, execute, and document acquisition activities across the lifecycle, coordinating with government and contractor teams.

The role requires 10+ years of DoD acquisition experience, strong briefing skills, and the ability to work in a complex DoD environment. Hybrid work may be available with travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Acquisition Management, Program Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.
• Bachelor's degree plus two years of relevant work experience may substitute for a Master's.
• Associate's degree plus four years of relevant work experience may substitute for a Master's.
• Six years of additional work experience may substitute for a Master's.

Responsibilities

• Provide senior-level acquisition and program management support to PMA-264 and IPTs.
• Support planning and execution of acquisition activities across the program lifecycle.
• Assist leadership with strategy development, planning, execution, and documentation.
• Develop, review, and maintain acquisition documentation and program plans.
• Coordinate across 관리 and contractor personnel for program actions.
• Track milestones, schedules, and dependencies to ensure timely execution.
• Develop and maintain program schedules and acquisition timelines.
• Identify and track risks, issues, and mitigation activities.
• Prepare executive-level briefings and status reports for leadership.
