Job summary

You will coordinate RFIs, SS, acquisition plans, and DD Form 254s, ensuring compliant documentation across the contract lifecycle. Ideal candidates have active Secret clearance (TS/SCI preferred), 7+ years in DoD procurement, a related bachelor's degree, and strong communication and teamwork skills to support government program offices and

Qualifications

• Active Secret Clearance (TS/SCI preferred).
• Minimum 7 years’ experience with DoD program, contracting, and acquisitions programs and policies.
• Bachelor's Degree in related field.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate pre/post award activities and lead RFP development efforts and evaluation.
• Coordinate procurement documentation including RFIs, SS, and acquisition plans.
• Prepare Selection Recommendation Documents, Cost Realisms, and Source Selection Decisions.
• Support post-award contract execution and monitor compliance and performance.
• Track program cost, schedule, and performance using Earned Value management.
