Job summary

Systems Plus, Inc. seeks an experienced network engineer to support the DoD mission across DHA facilities in Europe. The role covers complex LAN/WAN/WLAN infrastructure, installations, configurations, and documentation.

You will serve as regional liaison for network issues, interfacing with government staff and contractors to ensure optimal performance and security. Strong vendor knowledge and DoD compliance are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent with 5+ years related experience
• IAM Level III or DoD 8570.01-M equivalent required
• CCNP and CISSP certifications required or equivalent experience

Responsibilities

• Support DoD DHA networked facilities across Europe
• Resolve LAN/WLAN/WAN problems using network tools
• Install, configure, document, and troubleshoot LAN/WLAN/WAN gear
• Act as regional point of contact for network issues and policy
• Advise government staff and contractors on LAN/WAN design and deployment
• Lead or coordinate with Network Specialists on issues
• Document changes and update standards with NetMOD Team
• Stay current with vendor products meeting DoD/DHA requirements
