Job summary

V2X is seeking a Senior Network Engineer to lead design, implementation, and security of enterprise-level network infrastructure. You will guide routing, switching, firewall, and wireless deployments across legacy and modern environments to meet DoD cybersecurity and performance standards.

You’ll work with O&M teams, develop technical policies, and provide training to ensure secure, reliable network operations across base environments.

Qualifications

• Technical Bachelor's degree in a related field; or a High School Diploma or Associate Degree with qualifying experience.
• CCNP certification required.
• CompTIA Security+ certification required.
• Active TS/SCI security clearance required.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a senior network engineer with multi-disciplined experience across wired, wireless, and mobile broadband solutions.
• Lead the development of network designs, implementation plans, and technical policies.
• Lead site surveys and network assessments for upgrades and modernization efforts.
• Ensure installations meet safety standards and restore work areas.
• Provide post-deployment training to Operations & Maintenance personnel.
• Design and implement routing policies and load-balancing using BGP, OSPF, EIGRP.
