Job summary

nou Systems, Inc. is seeking a Network Engineering Subject Matter Expert (Engineer 4) to support the MDA NGE program. You will act as a trusted SETA advisor to the Government CTO, providing architectural guidance for a secure, resilient hybrid multi‑cloud environment.

You will align network transport, enterprise services, and security with DoD Zero Trust standards. Responsibilities include governing DDI, DNSSEC, and IPAM, designing multi‑cloud topologies, and leading technical exchanges with

Qualifications

Master's degree in STEM with 12+ years of engineering/IT architecture experience or a Bachelor's with 20+ years of relevant experience.
Experience architecting enterprise DNS, DHCP, and IP Address Management (DDI) using Infoblox in hybrid clouds.
Experience designing, deploying, and securing enterprise networks across AWS, Azure, and on‑premises VMware VCF/NSX environments.
Active TS/SCI clearance and DoD 8140/8570 IAT III or IASAE II requirements; CISSP certification.
U.S. citizen with strong advisory and SETA background.

Responsibilities

Serve as a senior technical authority reviewing network, boundary, DNS/DHCP, and IPAM designs for DoD NGE architecture.
Provide architectural direction for hybrid networking across AWS, Azure, and on‑prem VMware NSX/VCF environments.
Design end‑to‑end network transport, multi‑cloud transit, and resilient connectivity.
Govern Infoblox DDI as ASOT with DNSSEC and split‑horizon DNS; automate IPAM.
Oversee integration of NGE enclaves with DODNET boundaries and DISA CAP compliance.
