Job summary

LTC Solutions, LLC is seeking a Senior Logistics SME & Wargame Support to work on-site at the Pentagon in Arlington, VA. The role focuses on leading logistics concept development, doctrine integration, wargaming, and strategic planning for Marine Corps priorities.

You will develop executive-level papers and participate in modernization initiatives, supporting SES and General Officer leadership in a dynamic government contracting environment.

Qualifications

• U.S. Citizen with an Active TS/SCI security clearance and ability to obtain a CAC card.
• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Military Science, or related discipline.
• 8+ years of DoD logistics concept development, wargaming, or modernization experience.
• Experience supporting Marine Corps HQ, Joint Staff, or equivalent headquarters.
• Experience developing logistics concepts, doctrine, CONEMPs/CONOPS.
• Experience with PPBEA, Force Design, and CBAs.
• Experience coordinating with OPNAV N4 and Joint Staff.

Responsibilities

• Lead development, integration, and staffing of logistics concepts and doctrine.
• Provide senior SME support for wargames, experimentation, and strategic planning.
• Coordinate with HQMC, CD&I, MCWL, OPNAV N4, and Joint Staff.
• Support PPBEA, Force Development, and modernization initiatives.
• Prepare executive briefing books and background documents for SES leadership.
• Draft information papers, strategy documents, and recommendations.
