Job summary

Anglicotech, LLC seeks a Strategy, Concept, Doctrine, and Wargame SME to support HQMC I&L LPOV initiatives. The role focuses on concept development, wargaming, and logistics planning for current and future Marine Corps operations, with on-site work at the Pentagon in Arlington, VA and periodic remote work depending on space.

The successful candidate will coordinate with Combat Development and Integration, MCL, OPNAV N-4, Joint Staff J-4, and other USMC directorates, bringing years of DoD

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science or Arts degree.
• 8+ years of experience in concept and wargaming analysis and integration.
• Experience developing logistics strategies, concepts, and wargaming plans at a DoD HQ level.
• Experience coordinating and leading teams to implement concepts and wargaming plans.
• Experience working with senior leadership (flag officers or senior civilian leadership).
• Experience with USMC modernization or Force Development/Design with CD&I.

Responsibilities

• Assist I&L and LP Front Offices with program support and communications planning.
• Support integration of DoD, Joint, Naval, and Marine Corps strategies into naval enterprise logistics plans.
• Provide logistics SME input for concepts of employment and PPBEA development.
• Conduct analyses of new and emerging DoD/Service/Joint strategies and wargame reports.
• Coordinate ETMS2 tasks, consolidating inputs across multiple sources.
• Schedule and prepare papers, briefs, and other logistics advisory documents.
